This document amends the current Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995. The amendments introduce a reduced time limit and different documentary requirements for household appeals and make a minor change to the definition of ‘playing pitch’ for the purposes of consultation requirements under Article 10 of the GDPO.
