The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) England) (No. 2) Order 2010 amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 to: - give permitted development rights for buildings used as dwelling houses, to use as small scale houses in multiple occupation shared by three to six people without the need for a specific planning application - make a minor amendment to correct a reference in the procedure for making a direction to remove permitted development rights.
