This Order consolidates the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 (S.I.1995/419) and instruments which have amended that Order, in relation to England. This Order also makes amendments to the provisions as to applications to replace an extant planning permission. The Regulations make corresponding amendments to the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 (S.I. 1990/1519) ("the Listed Buildings Regulations").
