This order amended the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 (S.I. 1995/419) as to design and access statements, and the publicity of planning applications; to amend the time limits for lodging certain planning appeals; and to include on the planning register applications for non-material changes to permissions.
