The purpose of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2012 is to amend secondary legislation in consequence of the changes brought in by Part 1 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 1998, which abolishes the Commission for the New Towns and establishes the Homes and Communities Agency.
