The Order extends the ‘permission in principle’ consent regime by making provision in relation to the procedure which applies to applications for a grant of ‘permission in principle’.

There are no plans to consolidate the Town and Country Planning (Permission in Principle) Order 2017 (S.I. 2017/402).
