We built Planda Portal to make submitting planning applications quick, accurate and painless. Stamps is how we reward new customers for getting started. Open an account, submit nine applications, and we will send £150 straight to your bank. It is our way of saying thank you for choosing Planda Portal.

How it works

1. Open a Planda Portal account. Your Stamps card appears automatically on your dashboard, ready with nine slots.

2. Submit and pay for a planning application through Planda Portal. Each one earns a stamp.

3. Reach nine stamps and your £150 is confirmed, then paid directly to your bank.

What earns a stamp

Every application you submit and pay the Planda Portal fee for counts towards your card. A few things worth knowing:

1. The application must be submitted and paid for through Planda Portal.

2. Applications that are free, paid with credits, refunded or charged back do not earn a stamp.

3. If an application is withdrawn or cancelled, its stamp is removed.

Getting your reward

Once your ninth stamp lands, we confirm it after a short verification period of around two weeks. We then transfer £150 to your nominated UK bank account within five working days. The reward is paid in full, with nothing to claim and no vouchers to chase.

Who can join

Stamps is open to customers who are new to Planda Portal and not on our cashback programme. If you work as part of an organisation, every application submitted under your organisation counts towards the card, and the account owner holds it.
