What's new in Planda Portal

We've spent the past month talking to more local planning authorities than ever, updating features across the platform, and hearing from you. Thank you for being part of this.
Here's what's new:

What we said we'd do (and did)

Council dashboard - We demoed the working prototype to councils this week, with positive feedback across the board. Onboarding starts next week.
New AI validator - Rolling out successfully. Early results show we're on track to reach our next targets for even lower invalid rates.
Post-submission editing - Now even easier to use. Many users are already taking advantage of being able to update applications after submission when councils request clarifications.

This month's updates

CIL forms are now generated automatically with every application. You can download council attachments directly in the app rather than relying on preview modes, and you'll receive a submission summary email after each application that's ready to forward to clients. We've expanded what you see in notification emails to include more text and attachments, and the new AI validator now flags duplicate documents automatically.

We've just published an analytical report covering invalid application statistics and trends from the past three months. You can read it here
